Greenhouse: 3000 sq ft. steel frame greenhouse built in 2000. Has steel sides and 20 mil carbon fiber reinforced plastic (plastic installed in 2025) Temperature controlled louver windows and temperature (automatic) industrial vent fans. Also included 15 hurricane greenhouse wall fans. Greenhouse is set up for hydroponics and tradition has in-bed growing as well as tables for seed starting and growing. Water and electric in place.
Chicken Coop: 18’X 30’ custom chicken coop. Electric, Lights and fans already installed. Central storage area.
